The Kimchi Waffle is a must-try, featuring a fried egg, chilli soy caramel, shallots, kewpie, sesame, pickled ginger, karaage chicken. It’s seriously the breakfast of dreams.

The Brisket Hash, brisket, kifler potato, parmesan, chorizo, shallot, fried egg and chipotle hollandaise is a rustic blend of well thought out flavours that will absolutely blow your mind and leave you wanting more.

Of course, no visit to the Jetty Pavilion is complete without trying the Ricotta Gnocchi. roasted butternut, herb butter, crispy kale, shaved parmesan, flake almond, lemon. This dish is a light and flavourful option that showcases the quality of Australian ingredients and the finesse of our chefs.

For those craving Italian, the Mushroom Arancini features fresh wild mushroom, miso red pepper coulis, parmesan. Perfect for sharing (or not!), it’s a true taste of perfect balance.

Jacob Barnaby Brings Culinary Magic to The Jetty Pavilion

In Coffs Harbour, where the ocean’s rhythm sets the pace and yields treasures like no other, one name has come to be recognised by food lovers across the region: Jacob Barnaby.
As the executive chef of Bargain with the Future’s group of restaurants – including the newly launched Jetty Pavilion – Jacob is a familiar face whose exceptional experience and fiery passion are redefining coastal dining.

At The Jetty Pavilion, his latest triumph, he’s serving up more than meals – he’s crafting memories, with an intent to enrich the local restaurant scene.

Jacob’s vision goes beyond flavour – he’s driven to foster community, spark connection, and rediscover the joy of
food. His fusion-style sharing menu at The Jetty Pavilion showcases his true passion for BBQ, fused with flavours from around the world. Diners are invited to gather and savour dishes like Coffs oysters with soy, chilli, and lime, or smoked pork ribs glazed with a mouth-watering Korean- style rib sauce. “Food should bring people together,” Jacob says.

He credits his stellar team: Santosh Bhatta, Village Pantry’s head chef; Hayden Smith, The Jetty Pavilion’s head chef; and Mahesh Muuva, sous chef across both venues. Their creativity and pursuit of industry excellence fuel Jacob’s dream of making every meal a celebration. At The Jetty Pavilion, he’s not just serving plates – he’s building a community, one shared bite at a time.

Looking ahead, Jacob is thrilled about future offerings – culinary events and seasonal menus that push boundaries. He shares this vision with owners Ben and Kyle, whose culinary dream of bold, inclusive dining inspires him. “We’re just getting started,” he says, ready to elevate Coffs Harbour’s food scene even further.
